The family villa consists of 2 semi-detached houses and is located in the heart of Cunda (Alibey). Each house has a living space of about 300 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 separate bathrooms. The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped, with everything you need.
A thoroughly dreamlike holiday home! Despite the exceptionally large living space, you will quickly feel at home and enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere to the fullest.
The villa upstairs has its own terrace. From there, you can admire a magnificent 360 ° view over the islands, have a leisurely breakfast or enjoy the magnificent starry sky.
There are two terraces - front and back. Guests can take advantage of our beautiful garden - for cozy barbecues or just to soak up the sun. We have our own allotment, with many fruit trees. Our garden guests are welcome to use the allotment and pick fresh sultani grapes, apples and tangerines and enjoy them fresh.
